Embracing the Aged, LLC (“Publisher”) reserves the right, but shall not have the duty, to review the advertisement submitted by Advertiser, but does not accept responsibility or liability for any errors, omissions, or inappropriate content in any

advertisement. The Publisher retains the right, but shall not have the duty, to reject, remove, or refrain from publishing, any advertisement that it believes, in its sole discretion, violates any applicable laws, rules, regulations or any of Publisher’s policies, contains or links to any pornographic, hate-related, violent, or other content that the Publisher reasonably deems objectionable, or that is not functional or compatible with Publisher’s website. By submitting this advertisement, the Advertiser represents and warrants that it owns the content of the submitted advertisement and said advertisement does not infringe, dilute, or otherwise violate third party rights or trademarks. The Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Publisher from and against any and all claims or losses that it may suffer arising or resulting from its publication of the advertisement.
